Scented Sunrise

An award winning new hybrid that has many special qualities. The large, ruffled flowers are multicolored and fragrant too! Then, after the bloom the new foliage emerges a deep red with bright green veins. This second show is almost better than the flowers. The foliage eventually turns green. Full, lush plant.

R. Scented Sunrise is a Singing Tree Gardens original and can only be found right here! We are so thrilled to be able to share this with you. This is still a very rare plant but we have quite a crop coming along ad we would like to share these with as many people as possible.

This year, 2024, 'Scented Sunrise' won FIRST PLACE in the fragrant catagory of our flower show here at the Eureka Chapter of the American Rhododendron Society's Mini Show.
