Paprika Spiced

Rare in the trade, probably due to the difficulty of propagating it, we try every year and get a few to root. The flowers are always popular here when customers see them. Light yellow with red freckles in nice full trusses. From Dr. Ned Brockenbrough of Washington state, we are happy to offer a few for sale.The plant grows to 5 ft tall and wide in 10 years and is hardy to zone 7. 

Rare Variety – This variety is difficult to find anywhere due to these reasons

·       Hard to propagate – many cultivars do not root easily from cuttings, but at a reduced rate thus making the plant rare.

·       Hard to find – these cultivars are hard to find in the first place, probably because they are hard to root from cuttings
