Medium sized shrub with white flowers that have a bright yellow flare in the upper petal.  Developed by the University of Minnesota, this cultivar is super hardy to -30 F. The leaves are resistant to mildew that is present in the fall, so the foliage will turn red and burgundy for an autumn show.
