In the middle of winter, when you least expect colorful flowers to start their display, along comes this lovely Hellebore called 'Cherry Blossom'. The multi-petaled nodding flowers are in groups of 6-10 above lovely dark green textured leaves. This display will last until early spring. The flowers have white petals with reddish edges, a dark red starburst center and yellow anthers. Very different. Created by the master Helleborus hybridizer Marietta O'Byme of Eugene, Oregon. The flowers are showy in winter, but the foliage is evergreen and looks attractive all year. Deer resistant and hardy to zone 4.
