R. occidentale 'Big Frilly'

This newly found form of R. occidentale is spectacular! Large white flowers have a pink stripe down the middle of each petal, a large yellow-orange flare, and has super frilly edges. This is a hybrid between two R. occidentale cultivars, 'Leonard Frisbie' x 'Stage Coach Frills', and was created by Dick 'Red' Cavender of Red's Rhodies of Salem, Oregon. It is not currently registered, but If you are a nut for the Western Azalea, you will definitely want this one in your collection.
