Washington State Centennial

Washington State Centennial

Large, lightly fragrant flowers with deeply frilled, light orange petals, paling to white, and a rich gold dorsal blotch. This R. occidentale hybrid developed by Frank Mossman of Washington State has especially handsome large glossy leaves. This plant is so exceptional, it was chosen as the plant honoring Washington State's 100 year old birthday.  Outstanding!
