Sango Kaku

The Coral Bark maple. This form of Acer palmatum is remarkable for its glowing red bark in winter. It is a spreading tree to 25 ft. and is considered by many to be one of the most ornamental of all maples. Green spring foliage turns amber-gold in autumn.
