We love this Juniper!  It is such a wonderful accent plant making a flat skirt of foliage under taller growing plants.  Or, making a stunning specimen plant.  It has flat juvenile foliage that is very chartreuse-yellow with blue and green underneath. Does not burn! It can be pruned when necessary to keep it the size you want.  'Daub's Frosted' will grow 10" tall and 3ft wide in 10 years.
