A clump forming, compact, warm-weather grass. Dark green, medium-textured foliage is 3/8" wide and grows in a mounded habit. Blooms appear in mid September and are light pinkish color. Prefers moist, rich soil in full sun. This grass needs lots of room, growing 5 ft wide and 5 ft. tall and will become this big in 2 growing seasons. Excellent as a summer screening plant.
