Heaths and Heather Heaths and Heathers
All through the year heaths and heather are blooming in our display gardens. And even when not in bloom, their foliage can take on dramatic shades of red, gold or lime green. These wonderful plants are relatively drought tolerant, are easy to grow and add interest all year long.

Genus: Erica

'Golden Sport'
E-GldSpt - 'Golden Sport'
This charming little heath has yellow foliage that turns gold, then red in winter, adding interest and contrast. The amethyst flowers show up in June through November. Pruning after flowering has finished (which is not so necessary for the ericas) improves the foliage colour. Plant with C.v. 'Firefly' for an interesting winter show.
